Padideh Shandiz

Padideh Shandiz is located at 37km northwest of Mashhad. Based on the approval of the government and board of ministers in 2005, Padideh Shandiz is known as the first priority and the sample region for international tourism in the country.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Water complexes

 

Recently, four indoor and equipped water complexes are constructed in Mashhad with the efforts of tourism officials and private investors, namely, ”Mojhaye Abi", " Park Saheli Aftab", " Park Abi Iranian ", and "Mojhaye Khorushan Water Park". These four water parks host numerous passengers and neighbors.

Having four water parks, Mashhad is ranked first in the Middle east in terms of number of water parks. Dubai, UAE, Tehran, Karaj, Sharjah in UAE, and Gaza in Palestine are ranked next.

 

 

 

 

 

Mellat Park, Mashhad

This park was founded in 1964 in Mashhad. In that time, the park was located outside of Mashhad, however, after developments it is located within the city. Mellat Park was designed at that time by two English design engineers in the style of the English parks, but its construction was eventually completed by Iranian engineers several years later.
