1. 4. Cancellation terms:

Note 1: If the visitor, after booking and staying at the hotel, for any reason refuses to stay at the hotel, the one night fee will be calculated per room and will be deducted from the prepayment, except for special cases with the consent of the parties.

Note 2: The reduction in the number of rooms booked by the tourist and tourist service offices is 48 hours before arrival and up to 10% is acceptable and is not subject to fines.

5. Nowruz will receive the amount received for this reservation on the basis of this year''''''''s rates, and the actual amount of the cost of living will be fully received in the next year in New Years. A definitive bills will be determined at the hotel''''''''s location.

6.
